Neil Armstrong died

25th August: Neil Alden Armstrong died on 25th August 2012 at the age of 82 in Cincinnati due to blocked coronary arteries.

Armstrong and was the first person who stepped on moon.

Armstrong was the mission commander of Apollo 11 moon landing mission. Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin spent two and half hour on lunar surface. Michel Collins remained in the orbit of the moon to take care of the command module when Armstrong and Aldrin was on moon.
